The Team
Paul McHale is the founder of Sapiens and has worked in European direct search since 1996 and has been based in Brussels since 1997. He has huge experience sourcing corporate leaders and highly specific, unusual profiles both in and outside Europe. Paul speaks fluent Dutch, French and Spanish. He believes in straight talk and no BS.
We are a small, close-knit team with over 50 years of combined experience. We have unrivalled language skills and have conducted search assignments for pretty much every function, with whatever combination of industry experience and location you may need. You won’t find the team’s details on the website – they get headhunted enough already. But you can always ask!
